Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
My teenage daughter, Elsie. She is forever encouraging me to try hard things, as well as having a very strong moral compass and resilience that genuinely makes me stop and consider, ‘What would Elsie do?’ in any crunchy decision-making.
You as a Mentor
Why have you decided to become a mentor?
I’ve worked with my ‘mentor’ for 20 years. And now she is my business partner. I couldn’t do this without her. I’d like someone to get a similar energy, that my mentor gave to me in those very valuable and formative early career years.
