Uma McCluskey

Uma McCluskey

Business Lead

Uma has spent over 20 years working with some of the world’s leading creative agencies, building businesses from the ground up, partnering with high-profile founders and leading teams across advertising, culture and care. Alongside her creative and commercial career, she’s spent over 17 years as a magistrate and Presiding Justice; an experience that’s shaped her approach to leadership through empathy, integrity, perspective and sound judgement.

Now bringing her experience to independent consulting, Uma knows first-hand that even the most experienced leaders need to embrace change, trust their instincts and sometimes take a leap into the unknown.

A firm believer that great leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all, Uma is passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, trust their instincts and define success on their own terms. Her mentoring style combines commercial insight, straight-talking honesty and genuine care, creating space for people to challenge themselves, grow in confidence and forge a path that’s authentically their own.
